On Saturday (January 7), the 24-year-old "In My Blood" hitmaker went out for brunch with friends at Verve Coffee in Los Angeles.
He chose the occasion to show off a new look: a freshly shaved head.
Shawn lost his signature curls in favour of a closely cut hairstyle that emphasised his facial features.
To keep warm, Shawn wore a cardigan and a scarf over his buzzed head.
He appeared to be in excellent spirits and was seen entering the building to hug one of his friends.
